When you be sailing the ocean blue you need to keep the ol' capt'n 'n' crew hydrated. A sparkling water be fine, but spike with some fresh hops and you've got a real treat! Captain Slawbeard's Hop Water. Just the right amount of hops steeped to perfection and then transformed by New England Ale type brewer's yeast. The yeast rounds off the harsh notes of the hops leaving only a delicious (hop-o-licious) thrist quencher. No nasty vegetal taste of a freshly mowed lawn crossed with a squeeze of wet cardboard. Just a smooth refresher. It's also nice to ease up on the ethanol of your usual beer and have a nice fizzy hop water to cleanse the palette. Enjoy me hop water and stay ship shape.
